New Local Community
Our community began to meet in the Fall of 2020 - gathering families and individuals from the greater Stevens Point Area. Living Stones Fellowship-Central Wisconsin desires to be an active expression of the Body of Christ in Central Wisconsin for His Name’s Sake.
Faith-Based Community
We strive to keep Jesus- our Lord and Savior- as the Chief Cornerstone of our growing community. His teaching is what guides us, His life is our example, His death provides for our forgiveness, His resurrection gives us eternal life and His Spirit indwells us to live for Him each day.
Growing and Serving Community
Our structure is purposefully designed to incorporate the gifts of the whole community- adults and children. Each stone in the wall (or part of the body) has a place and a purpose; we seek to allow each member of the community to function to the level of their gifting and spiritual maturity.
Foundational Community
Our community emphasizes the importance of building, maintaining and passing on the foundational teachings, principles and actions of biblical faith. These include Bible reading, memorization, study and teaching, prayer, communion and baptisms, praise and worship, testimonies, generosity to the needy, and announcing the gospel message to our neighbors and to the ends of the earth.
Supporting Community
We are instructed in the scriptures to love, build up, admonish, serve, forgive, live in peace and be hospitable with one another; it is the essence of Fellowship. These activities can only be accomplished in a community of individuals and families whose lives are intertwined and who rely upon one another on a regular basis- for spiritual, physical, and emotional support.
